We are theme park enthusiasts. Since 2014, our goal has been to bring together those with a similar passion for roller coasters and theme parks and to foster this excitement for such a unique industry.
Our club is a multidisciplinary group of students with backgrounds in engineering, design, business and more.
Our club participates in a variety of activities including Design competitions, multidisciplinary projects, networking and professional development events, amusement park trips, and behind the scenes tours.
Catherine Osadciw is a third year Software Engineering major in the Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences. She is passionate about the themed entertainment industry, with a career goal of working for Walt Disney Imagineering programming new guest experiences.
Julia Javorsky is a second year mechanical engineering student in the Kate Gleason College of Engineering. She has had a love of theme parks from an early age and hopes to one day work as a mechanical designer for a major theme park.
Travis is a second-year Mechanical Engineering student in the Kate Gleason College of Engineering and originally from Stem, North Carolina. He is interested not only in the design and creation of themed attractions, but their operations and upkeep as well.
Robert Cybulski is a fifth year Mechanical Engineering major in the Kate Gleason College of Engineering.
Dominique Molee is a second year Computer Science student in the Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences. She loves theme parks and hopes to eventually work at a major theme park company using her programming knowledge!
Mr. Tim Landschoot is a professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department of RIT and holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has been the advisor of the Theme Park Enthusiasts since they were founded in 2015 and has been their greatest supporter.
